returns & exchanges & damages-

shopelegantpauper.com strives to provide fabulous high quality merchandise and superior customer satisfaction. if, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the unused item in its original condition and packaging within

10 days for a FULL REFUND (less shipping).

you must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to your return. please email us at returns@shopelegantpauper.com.

returns ONLY accepted with a Return Authorization Number.

("on sale" items- all sales are FINAL).

if an item arrives damaged, please notify us via email within 72 hours of receipt (returns@shopelegantpauper.com). if you wish to exchange the damaged item, please indicate that within the email notification (the item may, or may not, need to be returned to us). upon determination that the damaged item is to be received by us, we will either send out a new item, or refund your account.

**please note that footwear, perfumes, lotion, soap, tea,

panties, and/or any items of a "personal nature", cannot

be returned under any circumstance.**

**monogram & custom gifts (all types) are special orders and are

NOT returnable. if an engraving/ordering error occurs on our behalf, we will correct the problem in a timely manner. if an error occurs on behalf of our vendor, it will be resolved satisfactorily.
